Lauren, Lesliea nd I traveled to Utah in November, this time for Time Out For Women. We left on a Friday afternoon. We had a nice COLD drive. We did get to see a falling star in the clear dark skies. It is something I haven't seen in a long time and it was beautiful.
We arrived at Melissa's in time to see the kids before they went to bed. It was so fun when Asher saw us she came running to grandma and gave me the biggest hug. Kelly came to spend the night at Melissa's that night too so that we could have a pajama party. We had to be up and going early to be at the Salt Palace by 9am for the meeting. It was wonderful, the speakers were warm and genuine. I truely felt the spirit there and was touched by the messages.
It started to snow during our lunch break
back inside where it was warm
That night we all went to the Desert Star Theater to see a spoof play The Nutcracker, Men in Tights. We were a bit disappointed in it, it was not as good as the last one we saw there.
All of us waiting for the play to start
We did get to spend a little time with the kids that weekend
