Asher has learned so many new words since we last saw her, but my favorite word she has learned is "Grandma".

Easter Weekend

Sunday morning we were treated to a wonderful breakfast of Belgian waffles and fruit crepes at Melissa's. We then had an Easter egg hunt with the kids. Asher wanted to eat all the candy as soon as she found it and Jaman wanted to put it all in his Easter basket.

Utah trip

We spent Easter weekend in Utah. We left Las Vegas very early Saturday morning (5am) and arrived in the early afternoon at Melissa's house. We had time to play with the kids and then get on our way to Salt Lake for my sister's daughter's Quinceanera party.

Karen's daughter, also named Melissa looked beautiful in her white dress. Karen asked me to make the attendants dresses. (The blue dresses in the picture) It was fun to try new foods and watch Melissa dance with all her uncles and cousins. The program was fun and the dancing was enjoyed by all.

Deaf Day at Disneyland

I had a great time this past weekend. Friends from my ASL class and I went to Deaf Awareness Day at Disneyland! One friend got us these wonderful hotel rooms at the Newport Beach Marriott for only $50.00 per night! This was the view from our room, we over looked the pool and the golf course and then the marina. The day at Disneyland was so much fun and of course it ended with the 20 minute fireworks show. It was too much fun, it is hard to believe that we can get extra credit for going to Disneyland! After taking my mid term on last Thursday night I might need the extra credit :( !

Cards

I am taking part in a Spring Craft Boutique tonight and tomorrow. I just finished these Easter cards to sell and I thought they turned out cute. I had to take a picture of them. Wish me luck on selling all the items I have made.
