It started last year before Leslie came home from her mission. I wanted to re-do our guest room. This room has been Melissa's, then Lauren's and then Kelly's room. Kelly is the only one who made big changes to the room. She painted it chocolate milk brown. I wish I had been smart enough to take before pictures of this room. Let's just say that it wasn't my favorite color.
So I painted it a lovely color green. Garn (son-in-law) helped me install a wainscoting across one wall. I had fun picking out decorations and what's it's for this room. Wouldn't you like to stay in this room?
Mike and I bought this dresser from a friend in 1982 when Kelly was born. We have been using it until recently. It was really ugly and well used.
It has a laminet top so I thought that I could not paint it but I found out otherise! I painted it and found the drawer pulls on Ebay. They were a set of 6 just like I needed for $15.00! Made even better by free shipping! Take a look at it now.
